I finished this sweater a few weeks before Isabel turned 3 months old. It was a wee bit big! And it's a handwasher, so I didn't want to put it on her too much and risk messing it up before it even fit, and then I kind of forgot about it. But we had a cool morning last week and I grabbed it on a whim on my way out the door to the park. And what do you know? At 22 months, it finally fits! Quite well, actually, though the bottom is a bit short and now that it fits you can see what a lousy job I did on the button band. Always my downfall, those pesky button bands!
